Approaches of valuation. Investment decision. Real risk free rate, inflation, nominal risk free rate, risk premium, and RRR. Discount rate. Intrinsic value of preferred stock calculation (math).

Class 3

Fixed income debt securities (explained by Faruk Bhuiyan). PVIF and PVIFA. Bond and its characteristics. Intrinsic value of bond (math). Common stock valuation techniques. Gordon growth model and multi stage Gordon growth model (maths).
